Write 250–350 characters to bid for a dev job. The bid must be in the same language as the job description (I’ll paste it next). Show you understand the task + technology/language/cms/frameworks involved. Start with a short specific question about something unclear (don’t ask “what’s the plan” / “how you envision it” or similar). Keep it super informal and funny, simple words, short sentences. Prefer technical questions. No “Hi/Hello”, no hype about the project, no talk about my experience. Focus on the current task. Don’t ask about colors/branding. Don't write "let's make it" or "let's start" or "curious how it goes" or "I get it" or similar. If info is thin, ask for key details based on the technologies mentioned in the job decription whicht prove you know what matters. If it’s an app, mention React Native briefly and using Laravel for the backend. If it’s a website and no framework/CMS is specified, lean toward WordPress, mention easy content updates + custom code on top. Job description: I’m ready to move from wireframes to a fully working relocation platform and need someone who has already shipped a system that blends funnels, payments, CRM logic, and marketing automation—not just a pretty front end. Scope of the build The journey starts with a user-type segmentation homepage, then flows through three tailored funnels into booking, secure checkout, and calendar scheduling. That flow is locked; the user must never be allowed to jump steps or detour. You’ll be responsible for every functional layer that makes this path seamless. Core components (all equally critical) • Structured Funnel System – dynamic, user-type segmentation on the homepage, three independent funnels, enforced step-by-step progression through booking. • Full Payment/Cart System – itemised cart, promo code handling, PCI-compliant gateway integration, transactional receipts. • Automated Email Engine – instant confirmation, scheduled reminders, plus conditional post-call guides fired with one click from the admin panel. Data & CRM requirements Inside the CRM we must capture and store each customer’s personal details (name, email, phone) along with their complete booking history. The schema should be future-proofed so additional fields—such as user preferences—can slot in without disruption. All data moves must remain GDPR-friendly. Admin & Guide Management I need a lightweight backend where I can: 1. Upload, tag, and select guides. 2. Hit “Send” once a call ends and have the correct guide emailed automatically. 3. Track which guide each customer has already received to avoid duplicates. Tech stack is flexible, but you should already be comfortable wiring conversion funnels into modern gateways (Stripe, Braintree, etc.), automating emails via tools like SendGrid, Postmark, or native SMTP, and storing structured data in a relational database or through a specialised CRM API (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.). Clean, well-documented code and repo access are non-negotiable because this platform will iterate rapidly. Acceptance criteria • User can move through the entire funnel on desktop and mobile without dead ends or skipped steps. • Successful payment triggers calendar booking and all relevant confirmation emails. • Admin can log in, choose a guide, send it with one click, and later verify delivery status. • CRM tables show new records with personal details and booking history immediately after checkout. • All outbound emails land in the inbox (not spam) in test runs. When you reply, walk me through a comparable project you delivered that included funnels, payment, CRM capture, and automated messaging. Generic portfolios will be ignored—I need specifics.
