        I already have the server, domain, fresh Drupal install, logo and brand colours in place. What I need now is the complete front- and back-end build of a property website that matches the smooth user experience of [login to view URL] while catering for two accommodation categories: glamping tents and Vacation homes.

Core requirements  
• Search & filter engine – visitors must be able to refine results by accommodation type, amenities and price range in real time.  
• Instant booking flow – once a room or home is available the guest pays immediately through the Mollie payment gateway I provide.  
• iCal two-way sync – each listing keeps its availability current by importing/exporting iCal feeds. The calendar management area should sit behind a secure login on the same domain.  
• Drupal best practice – use clean, update-safe custom modules or contrib modules where appropriate, mobile-first responsive theming, SEO-friendly URLs and schema.  
• Multilingual readiness – structure content so additional languages can be added later without code changes.  
• Admin comfort – intuitive screens for property owners and staff to add listings, photos, rates, blackout dates and view bookings.

Acceptance criteria  
1. Search returns accurate, paginated results within two seconds.  
2. A test transaction with Mollie completes and the booking appears in the back office.  
3. An external calendar update is reflected on the site within fifteen minutes.  
4. No PHP or Drupal warnings on Status Report; passes security review with Drupal Security Review module.  
5. Lighthouse performance score ≥ 90 on mobile.

Deliverables  
– Fully configured Drupal 10 site (codebase + database)  
– Custom theme matching supplied brand assets  
– Custom or configured modules for search, booking, Mollie, iCal  
– Deployment/documentation to move from staging to production
