        I want to turn every major smartwatch—Apple Watch, Wear OS devices, and Samsung Galaxy Watch—into a real-time stress companion. The app will listen continuously to on-board heart-rate and blood-pressure readings; the moment either metric spikes beyond a threshold I set, it should pop up a gentle prompt for a guided breathing exercise and optional quick-journal note. At the same time, the watch must switch to a calming vibration pattern that eases the user back to baseline.

Beyond the immediate stress response I also need three ongoing wellness modules baked in: nightly sleep tracking, an all-day activity log, and personalised nutrition advice. Data from these features should feed a simple dashboard so users can spot patterns between lifestyle habits and physiological triggers.

Please architect the project so the core logic is shared across platforms while still respecting native guidelines for watchOS, Wear OS, and Samsung’s flavour of Wear OS. I value clean, well-documented code and an intuitive, glanceable interface that feels at home on each device.
