        I need an AI-driven workflow that reliably books sales-call appointments for my team. The system must reach prospects through both email and phone, tailoring every touch with the prospect’s name, company, and a short nod to our past interactions so each message feels genuinely personal without crossing the line into creepy over-customisation.

Here is what I expect:  
• A configurable sequence builder where I can adjust timing, frequency, and message templates for email and automated voice or dial-assist calls.  
• Smart data-pulls from my CRM (HubSpot and a simple CSV fallback) to insert the prospect’s name, company, plus our last logged note or call summary.  
• Built-in reply/call detection that captures confirmations and instantly blocks off the agreed time in Google Calendar.  
• A concise dashboard that shows contacted leads, engagement metrics, and upcoming booked calls.

I’m comfortable providing SMTP credentials, a Twilio number, and API keys—everything else, from NLP-powered copy tweaks to calendar syncing, should come packaged in the solution you deliver.
