        Job description:
        We carry over 30,000 items so we need a new and vibrant website that is very fast, quick loading and easy for customers to use. The key to the website is for loading times to be extremely fast and non lagging, therefore we need someone that understadns hosting performance. 
 
We sell office furniture, and office staitonery that has alot of caterorise and sub catoeries and child caterories.

We need the customer to be able to navigate which size, variety the customer is after and the prices will automaticall adjust for them.

attached is a brief description on how we want our caterories set up.

We do have datafeeds and CSV from our suppliers, however we need someone that can arrange them and adjust them accordially to make sure importing items is easy and efficeint.

shipping: we have four shipping cost options which need to be applied when checking out, depending on which  item was ordered. For exmaple when customers order a large desk/furniture   there is a flat rate of $60, where as when they order staiotnery to the value a certain value and the its free dleivery.   The other tiers of pricing are for Techmology items such as prnters which are heavy and need to carry a warranty.

We will also need different tier pricing, for example i need a different set of prices for corporate clients and a normal set of prices for the public. We also need to be able to set up individual pricing for a singular particular product just for one particular customer when they log in.

The website will have banners that change monthly when we have new specials so i need to be able to change them on the backend quickly.

We will also require quarterly ongoing support to update new products, take off old products, adjust pricing accordingly and maintain the website to operate fast and efficiently.

We will have a few options of payments form credit card, paypal, corporate accounts.
