Write 250–350 characters to bid for a dev job. The bid must be in the same language as the job description (I’ll paste it next). Show you understand the task + technology/language/cms/frameworks involved. Start with a short specific question about something unclear (don’t ask “what’s the plan” / “how you envision it” or similar). Keep it super informal and funny, simple words, short sentences. Prefer technical questions. No “Hi/Hello”, no hype about the project, no talk about my experience. Focus on the current task. Don’t ask about colors/branding. Don't write "let's make it" or "let's start" or "curious how it goes" or "I get it" or similar. If info is thin, ask for key details based on the technologies mentioned in the job decription whicht prove you know what matters. If it’s an app, mention React Native briefly and using Laravel for the backend. If it’s a website and no framework/CMS is specified, lean toward WordPress, mention easy content updates + custom code on top. Job description: I’m rebuilding my current WordPress site into a streamlined, automated client-intake hub. The new build must connect Stripe for payments, Zapier to drive every workflow, and Google Drive for document storage while feeding key data straight into HubSpot. Scope of the automation • Visitor completes an intake form on the site; Zapier captures the details and creates or updates the contact in HubSpot. • If a prospect books through Calendly, the booking is pushed to HubSpot and the contact is tagged as “prospect.” • When a client opts in, Stripe processes the payment and immediately triggers Zapier to generate an engagement letter through either PandaDoc or DocuSign. • Once the engagement letter is signed, Zapier files the PDF in the correct Google Drive folder and raises a deposit invoice in Xero using my existing template. What I need from you • A clean, modern WordPress rebuild (you may use a lightweight theme or build from scratch) that keeps load times low and Core Web Vitals in the green. • Robust Stripe checkout integrated into the site, ready for one-off and recurring payments. • Zapier zaps configured and tested end-to-end for every step outlined above, including error handling and basic logging. • Secure Google Drive connection with the proper folder structure automatically created per client. • HubSpot fields mapped correctly so all captured data lands where it should. • Clear documentation: a short loom or PDF that shows how each piece works and where to edit settings. Acceptance criteria 1. A user can move from intake form to paid client, with every event recorded in HubSpot, Drive, and Xero without manual intervention. 2. The signed engagement letter is visible in both HubSpot and the correct Drive folder. 3. Site scores 90+ on Google PageSpeed for both mobile and desktop. 4. All integrations pass a live test round that I will run with you on a screenshare. If you’ve built similar automated stacks or have deep Zapier + WordPress experience, let’s talk.
