Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, technically proficient Accountant to
manage the financial operations of our high-volume USA-based e-commerce (95%) and
wholesale (5%) business. This is a full-time remote position where you will be
responsible for ensuring the integrity of our financial data across multiple platforms,
specifically Sellercloud and QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. (If you are unfamiliar
with Sellercloud, we will provide training. It is an Order management website we
use for our business.)

Key Responsibilities:

System Synchronization: Manage the daily data export from Sellercloud to
QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise via Quickbridge. Proactively identify and
resolve sync errors, mapping issues, and SKU discrepancies.

Payout Reconciliation: Perform complex reconciliations of settlements from
various payment gateways (Amazon, eBay, etc.). Ensure that gross sales,
platform fees, and net deposits are accurately recorded.

Inventory Audit: Regularly audit and reconcile QuickBooks Enterprise data
against Sellercloud records to ensure a single "source of truth" for inventory and
financial health.

Wholesale Management: Oversee the 5% wholesale portion of the business,
including invoicing, billing, and managing accounts receivable (AR).

Cash Flow & Daily Operations: Maintain accurate records of daily payables
and receivables. Monitor cash flow and provide regular reporting to management.

Data Integrity: Ensure that all financial records are audit-ready and reflect the
true operational status of the business.

Technical Requirements:

Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise.
Direct experience with ERP software like Netsuite, SellerCloud, Linnworks,
Skubana, Zoho etc.
Strong understanding of e-commerce payment reconciliation workflows.
Ability to work via remote desktop access to a local PC.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.

Required Experience:
   3+ years of professional accounting experience, with a heavy focus on
   Inventory-based businesses.
Deep Technical Knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise (must
   understand Advanced Inventory and Bank Feeds).
E-commerce Specialist: Proven track record reconciling high-volume
   settlements from Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
Systems Proficiency: Experience managing data flows between an ERP (like
   Sellercloud) and accounting software.
Cash Flow Management: Ability to produce weekly cash flow forecasts, not just
   monthly balance sheets.
