Comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) & Scope of Work
1. Project Objective

Salem Steamer is seeking an experienced web development team to completely redesign, rebuild, optimize, and migrate our website into a premium, high-converting restoration and specialty cleaning platform. This project is not limited to visual improvements. It includes website migration, booking system improvements, search engine optimization (SEO), conversion optimization, content strategy, performance optimization, security, and long-term scalability.

Only experienced developers with proven success in restoration, home services, or service-based businesses should submit proposals.

2. Payment Terms (Non-Negotiable)
Full payment will only be released after every requirement in this document has been completed, tested, and approved.
No milestone is considered complete until all associated functionality passes testing.
All bugs, glitches, and defects must be corrected before payment.
No feature may be marked "complete" if it does not function exactly as specified.
Any work that does not meet the requirements must be corrected without additional charges.
