Write 250–350 characters to bid for a dev job. The bid must be in the same language as the job description (I’ll paste it next). Show you understand the task + technology/language/cms/frameworks involved. Start with a short specific question about something unclear (don’t ask “what’s the plan” / “how you envision it” or similar). Keep it super informal and funny, simple words, short sentences. Prefer technical questions. No “Hi/Hello”, no hype about the project, no talk about my experience. Focus on the current task. Don’t ask about colors/branding. Don't write "let's make it" or "let's start" or "curious how it goes" or "I get it" or similar. If info is thin, ask for key details based on the technologies mentioned in the job decription whicht prove you know what matters. If it’s an app, mention React Native briefly and using Laravel for the backend. If it’s a website and no framework/CMS is specified, lean toward WordPress, mention easy content updates + custom code on top. Job description: This project will create a complete coaching ecosystem that merges a WordPress front end with a structured SuiteDash based coaching platform. The purpose is to deliver a clear guided and automated experience that supports members at every step while reducing manual work for the coaching team. The entire ecosystem is designed to honor the mission to help others behind the coaching work — providing clarity, support and emotional safety for members. The system will provide: • WordPress front-end setting and using plugins to get leads/members into SuiteDash • A private custom SuiteDash members portal, Coaches and Admin Cockpit Tier based access and logic dashboard History, assessment and progress tracking • Deep Automation throughout including from lead, nurture, onboarding, sessions and follow ups • Structured communication for group and personal one-on-one • A scalable administration hub keeping the backend efficient for long term operation Key points • Keeping WordPress dedicated to education, lead capture, and nurturing—is the correct approach. This ensures the front-end remains lightweight, fast, and purpose-built for conversion. By leveraging existing plugins tools for segmentation and list building, we can seamlessly move prospects into the core coaching flow SuiteDash without introducing unnecessary steps or complexity. • SuiteDash will serve as the central engine for the entire coaching experience. All critical components of the member journey should reside here, including exclusive content, session notes, homework, communication history, and tier-based access controls. This centralized approach is the most efficient way to maintain an organized, cost-effective ecosystem that aligns with our long-term vision. • For group coaching, our model of using segmented communications, rather than dedicated group pages, is the most effective method. Each member (tier based) will receive group updates privately within their own portals to review and use. This allows coaches to review an individual's complete history of communications and submitted work during one-on-one sessions, providing a feeling and personalized guidance. • The progress tracker, including the "Quantum Life Wheel" and its detailed sub-assessments with data and visualizations, should be built entirely within SuiteDash. Displays its findings and the member's improvement over time in a clean, professional, and insightful manner for both the member and the coach. • The coach and admin tools will benefit greatly from a dedicated dashboard structure. We should build a comprehensive "coach cockpit" that provides an immediate snapshot of each member—their assessment history, notes to member/admin, life focus areas, requested needs or changes, progress charts, and past assesments including supplements, affirmations, action steps/recommendations —all in one place. This will be supported by integrated access to proprietary databases of coaching resources, enabling the coach to prepare and send personalized session materials efficiently. • For administrators, a centralized space to manage all resources, recurring and add-ons payment/invoices, libraries, and proprietary knowledge, ensuring the system can expand organically as the business grows. • Finally, automation will be the backbone of the member journey. It will manage onboarding, follow-ups, inactivity reminders, tier-based communications, and coaching loops. These automated touchpoints must be designed with empathy—many members may be navigating significant health or emotional challenges. The system should make them feel consistently supported, cared for, and honored, never overwhelmed or alone. • Ideally a few addons and/or embedded links that will need to be added includes our phone/video conference and affiliate program. • As needed develop a custom code/Laravel-based application that will handle all the advanced logic, reporting and data visualization. • Testing, Training, Handover & Launch This is a long-term partnership as we both grow. We want our go to our coder/tech partner that we know and trust – while they know us, our mission and our business. Related skills: JavaScript, WordPress, Laravel, Web Development, Full Stack Development

For the SuiteDash integration, will the WordPress plugins primarily focus on user segmentation or is there a specific lead-nurturing strategy in mind? Tackling automation through Laravel sounds solid, but curious about how you'd like to handle webhook data from SuiteDash for real-time updates.
