Write 250–350 characters to bid for a dev job. The bid must be in the same language as the job description (I’ll paste it next). Show you understand the task + technology/language/cms/frameworks involved. Start with a short specific question about something unclear (don’t ask “what’s the plan” / “how you envision it” or similar). Keep it super informal and funny, simple words, short sentences. Prefer technical questions. No “Hi/Hello”, no hype about the project, no talk about my experience. Focus on the current task. Don’t ask about colors/branding. Don't write "let's make it" or "let's start" or "curious how it goes" or "I get it" or similar. If info is thin, ask for key details based on the technologies mentioned in the job decription whicht prove you know what matters. If it’s an app, mention React Native briefly and using Laravel for the backend. If it’s a website and no framework/CMS is specified, lean toward WordPress, mention easy content updates + custom code on top. Job description: Content Creator — Filming + Editing (Ongoing engagement, travel to Dubai, expenses covered) Delta Furniture (established 1994) is looking for a content creator to own our brand's visual content end to end: filming, narrating, and editing short vertical reels with a clear concept and story — plus occasional graphic posts and stories. What we care about: Content that's engaging and fits our brand. Videos built around a story or a clear idea that follow trends — not random clips stitched into one reel. How the work runs: ~1 month on-site in the UAE filming daily and building a footage bank → ~2–3 months editing remotely → repeating on an alternating cycle. For the on-site months, we cover: flights, visa, accommodation, and daily food/supplies. Travel and living costs are on us. Compensation for the work is agreed and handled here through Freelancer.com. Monthly output: ~12 vertical reels (9:16) for TikTok / Instagram / Shorts + ~6 graphic posts + matching stories per post/reel. Up to 4 horizontal YouTube cuts on request. Filming approach (important): We shoot light and smart — iPhone + gimbal. If you need a 10-piece set to make one video, this isn't the role. Requirements (in priority order): 1. Tells a story in the video (most important) 2. Shoots well 3. Edits well 4. Good eye, follows trends 5. Flexible and able to travel 6. Working knowledge of graphic design 7. Can produce a clean, well-composed photo Nice to have: Maintains a consistent Instagram aesthetic; understands social-media strategy basics. To apply — in your Freelancer.com proposal, include: - 2–3 reels with a real idea/story, filmed and edited by you (attach the files or add them to your Freelancer portfolio — do not paste external links) - 2–3 graphic-design samples - Confirm: Available full-time? • Comfortable traveling to the UAE for ~1 month every 2–3 months? Shortlisted applicants complete a short paid practical test using real footage from our site, milestoned through Freelancer.com. Related skills: Graphic Design, Photography, Video Services, After Effects, Social Media Marketing
